Welcome to Moon Peppers Co.!

By placing an order or using our website, you’re agreeing to these simple house rules.

1. We make real food

We make every jar in small batches in a fully licensed and inspected commercial commissary kitchen in Colorado Springs. It’s the same way thousands of cottage-food and startup brands begin — it lets us stay small, safe, and focused on flavor while we grow.

2. Allergies & dietary info

The kitchen handles nuts, gluten, soy, dairy, and other major allergens. Full ingredient lists and allergen warnings are on every product page — please read them carefully before ordering.

3. Perishable products Pickles are food, not souvenirs.

Once a jar leaves our kitchen we can’t accept returns (except for damage — see our Refund Policy).

4. You must be 18+ (or have parent permission) to order

If you’re under 18, please have a grown-up place the order for you.

5. Photos & prices

We do our best to keep photos and prices accurate, but sometimes a jar looks a little different in real life or we have to adjust a price. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order placed with an obvious error.

6. Colorado love

We currently only ship inside Colorado (see Shipping Policy). Orders with out-of-state shipping addresses will be refunded.

 

7. Be nice

We’re a tiny family business. Treat our team with kindness and we’ll do the same for you.

 

8. Colorado law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
