  • How long until I receive my order?
    We ship Monday-Friday, any order placed on Friday after 2:00 PM PST will be shipped on the following Monday. Once shipped you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. Shipping times are usually 1-3 business days but will vary depending on your location, please reach out to us at if you have any concerns.
  • What is your Local Delivery time frame?
    Local deliveries usually go out the next 1 - 2 business days. If the order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, delivery will be delivered the following Monday. If order is placed on Monday - Thursday, the order should be delivered the next business day. If you require same-day delivery, contact us before you order and we will try to arrange something, if possible. Once the order is placed, please keep an eye on your e-mail/text for delivery information.

  • Why doesn't my lid have the pop sound?
    Our jars are not designed for an audible pop sound as they are prepared through a fresh-pack method, which involves the absence of boiling and processing the pickled products traditionally. The products are made fresh, resulting in them being non-shelf-stable and requiring refrigeration. For the security of our customers, all of our jars are equipped with a tamper-evident seal.
  • How do I store my Peppers
    To ensure the freshness, quality and taste of our Moon Peppers, it is important to always keep them refrigerated. This will help to preserve the crispness and flavor of the peppers, allowing you to enjoy them at their best for as long as possible. Additionally, as our peppers are FRESH-PACKED and never canned! If stored properly, our pickled peppers can last for several months in the refrigerator.

Additionally, as our peppers are fresh-made, the longer they pickle the less spicy they will become.     We cannot guarantee any cancellations. Please email us at within 48hrs and we will try and cancel before it is shipped. If your order has been shipped, we can no longer process any cancellations.
  • My order shows delivered but I don't see my package
