Returns

Because our pickles, peppers, and veggies are perishable food items, we’re unable to accept returns once they’ve left our kitchen.

Damaged or imperfect jars

If anything arrives cracked, leaking, or just not right, please send us a quick photo within 7 days of delivery to info@moonpeppersco.com. We’ll make it right — usually with a replacement or full refund — no hassle, no hard feelings. Your happiness (and crunch) is our top priority.

Wrong item or our mistake

If we accidentally sent you spicy dills instead of bread-and-butters (hey, it happens in a tiny kitchen!), let us know within 7 days and we’ll fix it fast — replacement on us!
