Effective December 2025

We’re a tiny family pickle company, not a data company. Your trust (and your pickle orders) mean everything to us, so we keep this simple and honest.

What we collect Only what we need to get your jars to your door and say thank you properly:

• Name, shipping & billing address, email, and phone number.

• Payment info (processed securely by Stripe or Shopify Payments — we never see full card numbers).

• Basic website stuff (IP address, browser type, cookies) so the site works nicely.

What we do with it

• Pack and ship your order.

• Answer your emails or texts.

• Send the occasional “new batch is ready!” or birthday coupon (only if you say yes).

• Make our website and pickles better.

What we NEVER do

• Sell, rent, or give away your personal info to anyone for marketing.

• Spam you.

• Keep your data longer than we need it.

Who sees your info Only the few trusted partners who help us run the shop:

• Our payment processor

• USPS / UPS (for the address labels)

• Our website host (Wix)

Your choices

• Want off the mailing list? Click “unsubscribe” or reply “stop” — done in two seconds.

• Want us to delete everything we have about you? Just email info@moonpeppersco.com and we’ll wipe it clean (except what the law makes us keep for taxes).

Security

We use bank-level SSL encryption and limit access to only the couple of us who pack boxes. Your info is safe with us.

Kids

Our website and products are made for grown-ups (and pickle-loving humans of all ages who have their parents’ permission). We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we ever find out we accidentally have info from a child under 13, we’ll delete it immediately.

Questions?

Email us anytime at info@moonpeppersco.com — we actually read and answer every single one.

Thank you for trusting a small Colorado Springs family with your pickle cravings. ♡

With gratitude & crunch,

The Moon Peppers Family 🥒
