We’re a tiny family pickle company, not a data company. Your trust (and your pickle orders) mean everything to us, so we keep this simple and honest.
What we collect Only what we need to get your jars to your door and say thank you properly:

Name, shipping & billing address, email, and phone number.

Payment info (processed securely by Stripe or Shopify Payments — we never see full card numbers).

Basic website stuff (IP address, browser type, cookies) so the site works nicely.
What we do with it

Send the occasional “new batch is ready!” or birthday coupon (only if you say yes).

Want us to delete everything we have about you? Just email info@moonpeppersco.com and we’ll wipe it clean (except what the law makes us keep for taxes).
Security
We use bank-level SSL encryption and limit access to only the couple of us who pack boxes. Your info is safe with us.
Kids
Our website and products are made for grown-ups (and pickle-loving humans of all ages who have their parents’ permission). We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we ever find out we accidentally have info from a child under 13, we’ll delete it immediately.
